​​For this project, I was tasked to create a guidebook on any topic of my choosing. The requirements being 16-pages min and 30-pages max. I decided to create a 20-page guidebook on maintaining mental health as a student. As a student myself who is passionate about mental well-being, I aimed to create a guide that is both engaging and accessible. I used vibrant colors and relaxed illustrations to foster a positive experience, offering a refreshing perspective on mental health, which is often perceived negatively.
